Sounds awesome, thanks for the news Amy should take all this solo gig as an opportunity to release a solo record.

Wow. What is interesting, though, is that according to the site, it's going to be more like Dave Eggar feat. Amy Lee, not vice versa. So it's not an actual Amy Lee solo gig. Basically, it could mean that they will perform Dave's songs, but who knows? At this point, it's just the way how this article was written.
And this Hammerstep... Hmm!!!

I'm so confused.... Amy and Bluegrass? What is going on? If it's blue grass with a side of Evanescence, maybe I'll ponder going.

This sounds really interesting and the venue looks so damn cool. Sooo pumped it's going to be taped (and praying it actually gets released on time unlike L&L) Hope some EvFans get to attend this show, I myself have to sit this one out

I can see Amy doing bluegrass, a la Alison Krauss (who is my favorite singer of all time --- no relation to my hsband though.), or Nickel Creek.

Anyone confused by the genre just needs to read the line-up. Amy is supporting Dave Eggar, so it's his gig you'll be watching. I doubt there'll be a single Ev song played.

you are all forgetting that in Amy's downtime she writes folk songs. She performed a country song at the Johnny Cash Tribute and she grew up surrounded by that kind of music. Her dad is a banjo player.... fits perfectly. I am so down with this. Amy needs to stray away from the Evanescence sounds. Hard rock is dead

I am all for Amy trying new things, but Ev will never die. I forbid it!
