actually bluegrass is just a subgenre of country. Amy has folk and celtic music roots as she stated. It's definitely fine. I'd like to see her

I would love to go, but I decided to sit this one out. I feel like it's not going to be an EV driven show...because she is supporting Dave. They will probably perform "Find a Way" again though...and the venue is amazing. hmm. Well I might change my mind. lol. What do you all think?

I would go just for the chance to meet Amy in an intimate venue... if my plane ticket wouldn't cost upwards of $1000.

I still am recovering from the last trip. I kinda want to save for the first new EV tour date (lord knows when THAT will be..) or another Amy centered performance.

I can't go because i'm on wrong half of the planet again, lol. But I was curious so I just made a little research for my tiny Czech news article on my website, and i --- i know i'm definitely behind you but!!! -- I found out it will be a radio show (= just audio) recorded live IN A FREAKING CAVE. it's called Cumberland Caverns and it's about 101 meters below ground. and there's a temperature about 13* degrees Celsius. There won't be any classic 'venue' but there's apparently a giant natural cave amphitheatre with great acoustic. And according to the "about" section on their official website, there's no cell provider in the cave so there won't be a way how to send any quick twitter update about Amy's dress and hair and the setlist etc. Oh my Goth, people. Just go there, take a sweater with you and take some pictures with/of/containing Amy to post here later, please. ♥
Few pics of the "venue":

all I'm going to say is if you have the money and are able to travel than go don't miss the opportunity because you don't know whats around the corner, Amy might do the gig and then a month later decided to give up music... lol not that will happen nock on wood. if i wasn't on the other side of the world i would most defiantly go if i were you guys, Go support Amy regardless of what she is doing, perhaps don't go decked out in Ev merch but go and support Amy and Edgar.
its really awesome to see Amy getting on board with other projects like most of the other guys, its good for her gives her an outlet to try other stuff and hopefully she will get back to her own music or what ever she choses to do. It will be very interesting i hope they release a video or something so we all can enjoy it too.

all I'm going to say is if you have the money and are able to travel than go don't miss the opportunity because you don't know whats around the corner... Yeah. I considered it awesome, because I love both caves and Amy it's a big space but I have a feeling it would be pretty intimate, and you can met amy there and say hi or maybe take a picture with her when you are lucky. And she will be surprised and pleased by your applause! EDIT: i would wear a simple, special, stylish piece of ev merch - I heard that EvFans are crazy, proud and have a great musical outlook, you know? But don't forget warm socks, you will sit in the cave for an hour. lol I don't care that it's a bluegrass/country/western/tramp/folk event and not some "goth" or "metal" show. I'm listening to Johnny Cash's greatest hits just now (containing the original version of I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry, Ring of Fire etc) and it gave me this special country feeling that now I want to go even more. Live gigs are my love. Musical boundaries are for losers (it's a crosspost i know but stop and imagine what could happen...
