I agree with Apocalyptica. I'd almost say it's overdue.
Maybe Avenged Sevenfold? Unlikely, but I think that would rock.

After hearing Lzzy and Amy perform "Break In" together, these two women definitely need to record a duet together, for the purpose of releasing a single. Two women performing a rock song together is exactly what rock needs right now, to put it back in the charts.

I think if they're gonna collaborate with anyone, it should be someone in a very different genre or at least with a very distinctly different style of playing than Ev... Otherwise it might as well just be a duet.
I would say Fiona Apple because I love her, but I don't think it would work. Fiona's low booming piano style would work great with Ev's guitars, but Fiona and Amy themselves don't seem like they'd work well together, vocally or otherwise. They'd put on a great piano duel though. Amy sticks to the high side of the piano almost exclusively, Fiona avoids it like the plague. They could even sit at the same piano because they'd never touch the same keys.

Some people is probably gonna throw tomatoes at me for saying this but  I think an Evanescence or Amy Lee duet with Lana del Rey could result amazingly appealing for people who don't know Ev yet. That's just my thought. |

Maybe Amy and Lzzy together as a Amy-Lzzy thing-if Ev collaborated with anybody it just wouldn't seem like an Evanescence thing-it would have to be solo stuff to do that

I'd like them to collaborate with unexpected people, people who are very different from them. Please, not with all those bands they always get compared to, it'd be so boring.

Bat for Lashes, please, I've heard Amy talking about their new record in an interview, she also stated they're amazing, so that means she's a big fan like me. LOL!
Björk and Lzzy, for sure!!! When are we going to see that 'Break In' duet recorded in the studio? Seems like the official photographer from COM had recorded the live performance and kinda promised he would post it.
