I really love this song. It's perfect for whenever I get extremely pissed off at everyone.

I was a little disappointed when I heard this version, believe it or not - I prefer the Rock Am Ring/Rock In Rio versions, because she sings the "All of my hate cannot be bound" part at the end differently.

Learning the piano for this song. The intro is fairly easy, just need to start learning the left hand then there's something to really be proud of! Slighly productive morning for me, but not really.

This song is a brilliant cover. I like listening to it when I feel like the whole world is f'ing with me and I just want them to leave me alone. Am I the only one who first listened to it and was like " AMY SAID F**K!!??!!!!!!"? Hahaha, nope you're not! -- One of the things about Evanescence that I just love is that none of the songs have cuss words. The covers don't count, because they didn't write them. If that makes sense at all. Anyways, cuss words are most definitely not needed to get the point across. CMWYS is enough of a "F--- you" without actually saying the words. It keeps the music pure, and really sends a message about the band itself. A positive one, that is.

When I first heard her singing this I was surprised she sang this part and it sounded so good:
"I wanna kill and rape you the way you raped me And I'll pull the trigger And you're down, down, down"
I know it's not her lyrics, but still, she's covering that. That was a little bit shocking. But damn it sounds good!

I remember when I used to use this song as the theme for my wrestling OC.

I honestly prefer Ev's version ten times more to the original one which is a rare thing. It's just that I'm much used to listening to Ev's version and it was the first one of the two that I had ever heard, I believe. The piano in Ev's interpretation really gives the song an entirely different (and much darker) vibe. I also prefer Amy's vocals times more over those of Jonathan Davis in the original version. Lyrics are pretty badass and just empowering. Guitars also sound pretty cool. It's definitely an angry track. EDIT: The different live versions of the song done by Ev all sound quite intriguing.

Is it bad that I like this cover much more than the original? (my bf would kill me because he loves KoRn to death, but...) I just love all the hate she puts into that song. You can feel it!
