I'm guessing that Find a Way won't be in the score at all, then. I am quite okay with that, though. Something new is always more exciting. I wonder how long after Sundance the movie will come out. I mean, I know that some indie films don't come out to larger audiences for a long while after they're screened at Sundance. I don't think his first movie was ever played outside Festivals. From Amy's description of the movie, it doesn't seem like the movie is the kind of movie that mainstream audience will flock to, but who knows...stranger things have happened.

Soo excited for this new music and for the Song Push the button, i like all types of music and I'm pretty sure ill like anything amy dose but what excites me is that the song Is electronic, i know that really doesn't tell us too much but perhaps it will even be a hit and get amy some more radio play?
Also AMY Composing, Recording, Editing and Mixing herself IS SOO COOL., Basically all the stuff i do at home. I am Really looking forward to the end product, I know how hard it is and I'm really interested in how Amy deals with her perfectionist side and handling all those things. i know from experience that some times you just have to be like... yep is as good as its going to get for now, time to move on to another part rather than sit here and make this aspect of the reccording perfect.

I didn't think Amy would be talking about the label situation. Probably to keep the uproar at a minimum, and possibly legal issues behind saying something. Resourceful of her. This article is much more detail than I was hoping for. Hopefully this label problem will all blow over sooner rather than later. *prepares for Sick 2.0*

I almost forgot, but Amy's actually collaborated on a movie score before with Renholdër (who did the MOS remix) for Underworld. Shes credited as being the co-composer in the movie credits. You can also hear her vocals in Now I Know.

^Huh. I never knew those were actually put on the soundtrack since Amy said her vocals weren't used in the end, from what I read on EvRef.
Was the Underworld soundtrack one of those things where the music on there mostly wasn't in the movie when the score's music was?

Lycrymosa RapturedLight The "sountrack" or OST suppose to be the music of various artists containing singing which may not be present in the movie. BUT the "score" should be that atmospherical layer of music used in certain movie scene. I hope that I understand it correctly but I can't explain it adequately, bah -.-

I hope that I understand it correctly but I can't explain it adequately, bah -.- I know, but sometimes an OST can have most songs that are featured in a movie in addition to a score; I was just wondering if any of the Underworld songs from the OST were actually in the movie since I haven't seen it in a while and I'd feel dumb if those Renholder songs were in there the whole time XD I should've phrased my question in a different way.

It's interesting to me that the lawsuit turned out to be valid. Nice work TMZ.

I am beyond excited to hear this! It sounds like it's going to be amazing. I love when film scores act more as an underlying atmosphere rather than the typical orchestral stuff.
It's also so cool to hear that she engineered/mixed something all by herself. It would be amazing if she improved these skills enough to just do the next Ev album herself or with minimal help. This could keep the cost of making the music a lot lower and would probably make it a lot easier for Ev to just go independent. How cool would that be?

Am I the only one imagining something along the lines of the amazing work Daft Punk made for Tron Legacy?
