I know it's a gossip, but just for the record...Former Evanescence Guitarist Sued By ManagersFormer Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody has been hit with a lawsuit from his managers over allegations he owes them $500,000 (£312,500) in commission payments. Officials at Rider Management Inc. have filed legal papers against the rocker, who has written songs for stars including Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson. They allege Moody signed a deal with them in 2006, three years after he left Evanescence, and agreed to hand over commission on his projects. ^^ i'm not sure about who sued who - actually i thought that was Amy who sued him after he misappropriated their things - but yes, it's the same company. Here's the 2005 MTV article about it. In any case, we know that this guy is a right piece of work already. I read the court documents a while back, and if I recall correctly, she fired him and he tried to sue her for firing him, but then she sued him for all of the bullshit. |

I wonder why Amy's picture is in the source page? Because the EvWorld revolves around Amy and nobody connect Ben or Ev unless Amy's face is plastered someplace. |

Well, the fact that Ben signed a deal with them around that time would make sense, since one of Amy's complaints in her lawsuit all those years ago was that Rider had created a conflict of interest by continuing to work with both Ben and Amy despite her request that he stop working with Ben.
