rocktambulos.com/evanescence-en-argentina-magia-intacta-resena-review/In my particular case, I could say that each EVANESCENCE album reminds me of a different moment and era, with their most recent, “The Bitter Truth” , being the most solid and mature the band has made. And it is logical that it sounds mature (lyrically and musically), Amy grew up just like we did and, contrary to what many artists do, she decided that her compositions grew with her. (...) From minute one, and during the hour and a half that their presentation lasted, we witnessed a great staging, by a band that proved to be in great shape, with a devastating sound and the same ability to excite their fans. (...) And if we talk about voices, we must take off our hat and bow to the one and only Amy, the face and soul of the group, the absolute leader, the owner of the band. Lee tonight showed us why she continues to be so loved and admired. Gone are the years of vocal complications, today's Amy is synonymous with quality, guaranteed satisfaction, with a voice that can go from the most subtle to the most powerful in seconds and an energy on stage that makes us want to take what she offers. she takes. It seems like a joke to think that she was ever accused of being a fraud for not hitting some notes or failing in tune. We all have bad moments, but time has been good for Amy and her vocal cords, allowing us to enjoy today, 20 years later, what is perhaps her best artistic moment. Evanescence in Argentina: Proof of why rock is more alive than ever www.filo.news/noticia/2023/10/18/evanescence-en-argentina-la-prueba-de-por-que-el-rock-esta-mas-vivo-que-nuncaThe crowd had been waiting for this moment for a long time and the excitement was palpable. Lee made her entrance on stage, dressed in black from head to toe, with long sleeves that seemed to flutter like wings. Her presence radiated an aura of mystery and power, perfectly setting the stage for the night to come. (...) They know very well that their music has an intoxicating effect on the audience, and this was demonstrated when they had to stop the show on two occasions to allow everyone to recover from the emotional overload. “Please, can you take two steps back. We don't want anyone to get hurt. I love you,” said the artist between laughter and concern for the people who were near the fence. (...) The setlist culminated with a performance of "My Immortal", followed by an emotional farewell to the audience. “Thanks a lot. Thank you very much for putting your heart in this stadium, for that pain, for your lives. For everything you shared with us tonight. And for everything we went through together in these years. I can't put it into words. We love you,” Amy exclaimed. Evanescence fell in love with the Argentine public again and Amy Lee captivated with her voice 20 years after "Fallen" www.pronto.com.ar/espectaculos/2023/10/18/evanescence-volvio-enamorar-al-publico-argentino-amy-lee-cautivo-con-su-voz-intacta-20-anos-de-fallen-220550.htmlThis Tuesday, October 17, the group showed that it is still as valid as the first day and captivated its people, who gave them a standing ovation throughout the night at the almost full Movistar Arena stadium. It was the special occasion for the group to present their new songs and give away their hits that sound impressive live. Amy Lee took care of the audience when she saw that an avalanche was generated in the crowd in the euphoria of enjoying the show. I did not hesitate to stop every time she needed to respectfully ask that they take "a few steps back." She won the applause of the people from minute one. About 15,000 people witnessed the show. (...) EVANESCENCE: 20 years touching our hearts
www.sunraymagazine.com/exclusive/evanescence-20-years-touching-our-hearts/When “Going Under” started the audience exploded!!!! (Include me). The theater was full of fans pushing each other, Amy saw that and stopped the show, to say please, not push and take three steps back, (the fans did not understand her or did not care what she said, they only wanted to be so close of the band). When “Call Me When You’re Sober” started the audience went crazy!!!! what a huge song! The sweet moment of the night was coming with Amy on Piano, playing “Lithium” and “Imaginary”, the cell phone lights covered the stadium! When the band left the stage for a few minutes, we had the pleasure of getting excited with a video, going through 20 years of Evanescence, with the song “Tourniquet”.
