Is here anyone planning to participate in the "Versus" competition on thestashbox.com? It will be held during September 17th - 24th. The grand prize has to be Amy's purple giraffe (EDIT: the original disappeared, here's my backup.) Known information:
amyleeev: All you have to do is sign up, and then go there next week and make some Ev related choices. Winning is random! It's fun. @thestashbox: Amy will pose a cool question every day. Everyone who answers gets a discount on EV merch and a chance to win any of the prizes.   |

Can anyone tell me exactly how this works, has anyone of you taken part in this before? Obviously first we have to register, does it cost anything? Can people from every country of the world participate? Do we have to pay anything (shipping?) in case we won? I can't figure it out, when I click on "About/Help, What We Do,..." nothing happens or I just get back to their starting page :/

I have no idea about the shipping but I will think about it if I win  So basically everyday there is a different question with two or more possible answers. There is no wrong or right answer, just personal opinion. Then you get the chance to choose a square from a field of squares behind one of which there is the prize of the day. You have up to 3 tries per day and you earn the second and third one after sharing on Facebook and Twitter. You can also earn badges but I don't really care about them at the moment. Good luck! |

Yes, creating the account is absolutely free even if you're in other part of the world. I don't know anything about shipping but they said that they'll send the prize via mail, look at their latest tweets: @jojoleeev: @thestashbox Will you send the gift for the winner ? What if the winner so far away from you? You'll send it or not? @thestashbox @jojoleeev If you can get mail, we will send it to you if you win.
EDIT: huh, the giraffe seems really popular, I hope that that one who win it will be on EvThreads... or at least really interested. |

It is easier to simply log in with Facebook but it seems like you can create an account without it.
