dunno about songs specifically, but as for bands...
I think that they ought to cover some really classic rock stuff like The Who, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, or Black Sabbath.

I'd like to see Ev cover an Emilie Autumn song. Particularly, the songs Ever, Shalott, Let the Record Show, or My Fairweather Friend.
Maybe a Queen song, but I don't know about that one.

I'd love to hear them do The Band Perry's If I Doe Young. I think Amy's voice would be very fitting to it and the lyrics are rather Evanescence IMO.
