Ha what is that? Does it have a deeper sense in that chapter or do they just used it because it's a nice word?

In this book, 'evanescence' is actually used as a criminal sentence. People can be sentenced to death, in which their current life would be over but their soul can move on to their next life, or they could be sentenced with evanescence, in which their soul's life cycle is completely ended.

Wow. That's strong and pretty original. I can't accept the negative meaning though the author probably really hates the band

In a more recent episode (Maybe season 7 or 8) of Supernatural there's this Wicca shop or something and the banner is in the Evanescent font.

In the Eminem song "Cleaning Out My Closet" the lyric "My whole life I was made to believe I was sick when I wasn't" reminds me of "Lie to me, convince me that I've been sick forever."

In my English class the other day, my teacher made a total EV reference and I couldn't stop smiling! The word "resonating" was in whatever article we were reading, and my teacher asked us what it meant... Me: "Resonating, now where have I heard that- *gasp* *fangirl mode activated* WHEN YOU CRIIIIED IIIIIII'D..."

I don't know if it's just me but her vocals remind me of Amy Lee.

I was listening to the radio the other day, and I heard this really awesomely and cool song with this neat groove and melody. I thought "This reminds me of Amy Lee." So, I used Shazam and turns out it was Depeche Mode's Blasphemous Rumours. It was pretty ironic because at the same time I was thinking it reminded me of Amy, I was thinking that the song was kind of Depeche Mode-ish. lol. Depeche Mode is an influence of Amy's. I'm definitely going to check them out and take it more seriously now! Haha!

Depeche Mode is so awesome, I dream that one dayEv covers one of their songs or that they should work on a duet. I'd love to see that xD

I saw someone with a T-shirt saying "Loft in paradice" yesterday. It's obvious what it reminded me of and it's also obvious that I'd love to punch the creator.
