Great that they've rescheduled...but awful that I can't go anymore. Even bought the VIP ticket, don't even know how to sell/get a refund. Same thing. Good that the tour is still happening but instead of a 115 km ride the venue will most likely end up being 9000 km away for me. I hope I can cancel the tickets because it is really not my fault that April worked for me and September doesn't.

I hope you guys can get something sorted. You'd have thought they'd have something in place because you're absolutely right, it's not your fault they had to reschedule and you booked the tickets specifically for the dates you booked them for. Obviously it's not the venue, artists or ticket company's fault either, but they chose the replacement dates and most venues I've seen rescheduling events have offered alternative dates or full refunds as options.

Refund should really be available. I know I'm not the only one in this mess. There are people who booked weekend dates because they live far and that allows them to travel without taking days off, then new date is announced and it is in the middle of the week. There are other people who bought a bunch of tickets for concerts on consecutive dates that are now spread out over September. Nobody can take the whole month off for that. And then there are people like me who just have something else coming up and September simply isn't an option. It is not that we changed our mind. I'd still love to go but I can't make this work.

See if you can sell it online if you're 100% sure you can't go to the show

Man. I’m sorry to those who can’t go now. I’m sure it was a pain and a half for the bands’ management to get this organized. I feel there would’ve been no easy solution, even with the virus not being a factor.

I'm glad they've rescheduled the tour, the only downside is that I've got to reduce from going to 2 shows to 1 since I have tickets for Birmingham and London. It's just too much for me to do one after the other. If there was a day's break in-between I'd be happy to do it

Guys, don't sell your tickets yet if you can't go. The virus situation is not improving any time soon, and while we may be ok to leave our homes and go to events by September, that isn't promised in some countries. The shows might go on but they might not, they may even have to be rescheduled again... I'd wait a couple of months if you don't need the money back urgently - they'll sell then if the shows are 100% going ahead.

I'd rather not have to sell and directly cancel instead. But I think, in order to avoid random cancellations, some promoters set a deadline for refund requests. If I wait 2 months and the deadline is tomorrow, that's not optimal... As for further postponements, they don't work for everyone either. I can't expect them to postpone it with a few years or whatever time it takes to end up on the same continent again.

On that note, if anybody hears of any cancellation deadlines or the sort, please pop it in here! I'm holding off cancelling my VIP ticket as another person said that gigs might still not be going ahead in September

I'm holding off cancelling my VIP ticket as another person said that gigs might still not be going ahead in September I actually saw something on Twitter but I am not sure for where it was. There was nothing announced for my date and Eventim generally doesn't have cancellations. We called customer service and they told us to send an email with reasons, etc. I sent it on Monday and only got an automated response in German yesterday about giving vouchers instead of refunds...

There's not a thread for the Minneapolis show at the Fillmore that was scheduled for May 14th right after World's Collide. I received an email today that it's been postponed. Looks like they are going to try to reschedule it.

Looks like they are going to try to reschedule it. Sadly I figured that was gonna happen. Who knows if these shows will actually go as planned this year.
