Amy said in interviews that the set wouldn't change much. And guess what? It didn't change much. She set the expectation right away. Plus, this summer was originally intended to be a few festivals which wouldn't have been a fitting choice to play new songs or old obscure fan favorites. Yes, headline shows were added, but, I'd assume they weren't left with a ton of time to revamp everything.
Anyways, can we move the conversation back on track?
For those who didn't hear, Of Mice & Men were supposed to open but pulled out of the show the night before. It was sorta strange that they still kept door open at 6:30 and Ev didn't go on until 8:45. it would have been cool if they had gotten some live music going or if Jen played a few songs from her album to get the crowd warmed up instead of having people stand around for two hours.
Also, it was really refreshing to hear All That I'm Living For being played live again. I had forgotten it got snuck back into the setlist and I squealed as soon as the guitar hit.
