Is anyone else here going to this? The venue was renovated a few years ago and it looks absolutely stunning. It also falls on Synthesis release day

I'll be there tomorrow. So excited!!!
Quick question: I bought tier 2 VIP tickets. On the tickets, though, it says Evanescence Synthesis Soundcheck Experience under ticket type. I was under the impression that the $200 prices tickets didn't include soundcheck?
I did get an email that says doors open at 7pm and show starts at 8pm. Seems like the ticket type was a mistake?

The show was fantastic When they brought us in for the soundcheck, Amy and the orchestra were about halfway through My Immortal. I don't really know how to put it into words but something about it felt magical. After that they played...My Heart Is Broken, Hi-Lo, and I think Lacrymosa? I don't fully remember, but I was hoping the soundcheck would go on for longer because I was anxious about meeting them Then after that was the champagne toast and of course Amy mentioned it was release day. I also think she was wearing her Synthesis cover dress, but I was so nervous at the time I can't really remember- Maybe someone else who was there can confirm. For the actual M&G part- Beth was very nice for the 10 seconds I talked to her. Then I went up to the band and introduced myself and gave a letter to each of them. Which is where I got a tiny bit awkward because it seemed some of them wanted to shake my hand but I just gave them a letter instead ahaha. I got to do it with Will and hug Amy though. I was just going to shake her hand but everyone before me was doing it so I figured why not? Then I just said I was from New Jersey and had seen them in Atlantic City a lot and that one of the venues they played at 3 times had closed down. I think Amy said "Oh yeah they did" and Will said "They closed?" I kinda flubbed this part because I was standing between Amy and Jen facing towards the camera to get ready for the picture and didn't really look at them while talking ughhhh I'm so dumb But at least I got to hand them letters. I wanted to tell Jen I was excited for her solo album but I was so nervous and everything went by so fast that I didn't get to. I'd say I was with them for 30-40 seconds. After this Richie (?) said if we wanted to we could have more champagne if we wanted to since there were a lot of glasses left over. Thank god because I needed it to calm down The actual show sounded great. I was right in front of the brass section so I got a good view of the orchestra on that side. Sadly I could not see Will because he was completely blocked by the conductor lady. But the drums were very loud so I was happy. I did see Jen was recording on her phone a couple times! Maybe I'll show up in a video she posts The only negative was security people kept coming near me to tell people next to me not to take pictures and they blocked my view a few times :l I almost feel like leaving a negative review for the venue Amy was really enjoying herself, it was really easy to tell. She kept saying thank you after almost every song and mentioned how she loved the venue. There were a few times where she talked and it honestly sounded like she was about to get choked up. My favorite song of the night was definitely Hi-Lo. It sounds amazing live, even without Lindsey. Other than that, there's not much to mention. I spent a lot of money on merch because I got two of each shirt. My ones from last tour are not in great condition anymore and I was too slow to order spares from the website. But now I know to do that for the future at least

Hey guys! Looooooooooooong time lurker, first time poster. I was at the concert as well, and just wanted to share my experience and a few (very short) video clips I took during the concert. I had a VIP1 ticket (and this was my first EV meet and greet!). So, I got to the venue around 3:30, which was listed as the arrival time on the e-mail from Ticketmaster. We were let inside around 4 PM (and thank god because it was FREEZING that day), and they checked our IDs and gave us our VIP lanyards and stuff. Then, we waited until around 5:15-5:30, when we were taken in to the soundcheck. Amy was already singing My Immortal, and then performed Hi-Lo and the beginning of another song that I can't remember... I remember her saying "I don't want to do My Heart Is Broken because it's hard to sing" lol. She gave us a quick "hi, guys!" after we clapped for her, and went back to the soundcheck. Afterwards, we were led out of the auditorium and back into the hallway of the theatre. We waited there for a little bit while they got the champagne ready. The band came out, and Amy was talking to some fans while champagne was being passed around. When everyone was ready, she made a short speech, thanking us and celebrating the album release. Then, we got ready to do the pictures. Everyone lined up and Beth stood at the front of the line to hold our stuff (poor Beth lol) while we posed for the picture. The first girl who went up took a super super long time (sorry if you're on here lol). Then the next two people went (I think they were a couple). After that it was my turn. I handed Beth my stuff ("sorry, my backpack is like a ton of bricks!"), and then I awkwardly went up to the band, feeling like I was going to pee myself. I first went to Amy and shook her hand. then I shook everyone else's hand because I felt like everyone was only paying attention to Amy lol. So I said hi to everyone, and then I told Amy it was so nice to finally meet her. We posed for the picture, and after, I said something about how I wanted to thank her for being my biggest inspiration for the last fifteen years. She was very sweet and thanked me. That was it! The show was really great. Amy has never sounded better, honestly. She hit every note flawlessly, and I was in awe the entire time. I was in the third row, dead center, so I really got to feel like I was a part of the action. It was amazing. Also, Jen kept making eye contact with me and smiling because I was mouthing every word like an idiot lol. Anyway, here is my video: Also, my meet and greet picture lol:
