I really wish they would release the scrapped songs since they teased us when they were working on it and getting our hopes up, I know they said it didn't have the Evanescence sound to it, but still we were so excited! Do something with it so we can hear! I was so excited for stomping Steve and I loved the piano in another piece of the puzzle

Yeah, that is just a voice recording session by Amy, of course they have the melodies ready, but the song wasn't fully recorded or mastered, so that why you thought it was from the Lillywhite sessions, it sounds really different without all those layers  |

Vocals are usually the last tracks to get recorded I think. |

Didn't she say in a new interview that they can't be released due to legal complications, only reworked? Or did I imagine that?

DeMarzi, I don't remember the exact interview but yes, I remember reading that, and I'm pretty sure it was Amy answering a question, that they can't use the Lillywhite stuff as they recorded it with him but yes, they can go back and rework /rerecord the stuff and use it then. You're not imagining it! |

Okay good, because it was totally possible that I imagined that.  Besides, the songs weren't finished. Amy is a perfectionist and I'm sure she'd rather us hear them the way they're supposed to sound. |

I hope they rework them I really want to hear! And they also said they are still open to the electronic(what's the word?) style of music, I'm not into that genre but I'm sure theyd make it do I like it, I hope they release the songs! Especially the stomping steve one! I'm dying for it! I hope the break isn't long...
