Sorry to take it off topic, but what do we think of Weight of the World on last night's setlist? Do you think it was an outtake from the album? And do you think we'll see any others? I really hope we get a studio version of this one sometime soon |

I actually REALLY dig it! There may be some bias there because that's in my top 3 faves from The Open Door. I'm glad that there is a Synthesis version of this song because I feel like it lends itself perfectly to that style. Her opera note in the bridge is magic. I wonder if they're working towards an extended album to make more money from us. Because if they did I'd definitely fall for it

Because if they did I'd definitely fall for it Maybe they could include it somehow with the DVD like they did with Missing on the CD for Anywhere But Home. I'm hoping the DVD will include a CD as well. *fingers crossed* |

It still says December 8th on Kings Road. Edit: Barnes and Noble, Target and Bull Moose also say December 8th. Well, the email I got from The Music Vault indicated this was a worldwide manufacturing delay. So it's likely those sites will change their release dates too. Still says December 8th. |

I really hope they release a studio version of WotW. The juxtaposition between the verse and the chorus sounds so good, it's all mellow until it turns into this rhythmic tornado. Everything in it sounds great, I'd switch out Secret Door in a heartbeat for this. Fingers crossed that this isn't the only live B-side on their tour.

I second this, it should have been on the album, unfortunately it wasn't recorded. They had a list and then cut it down and only recorded the ones that actually ended up on the album. I wonder what other songs have a score written up for them that we might end up getting to hear live? |

I hope we get Oceans at some point if they made a Synthesis version of it.

After watching the live videos of Weight of the World a few times, I noticed only the string section of the orchestra is involved which makes me wonder if this song was intended for Synthesis or not. I'm starting to think they might have just been wanting to change the set and gave this song a quick twist and used the original's string score to bring it to life for the show.

However, Australia didn’t receive any of this allocation unfortunately. All Australian customers will receive their orders as soon as we get them in." So Australia got screwed a second time. I just listened to the new live synthesis version of weight of the world on oh my god!!!! to be honest I never really liked the song (didn't hate it though) or paid that much attention to it until now! seriously a studio version has to happen!!
