I wonder how much there is to this "comeback interview"...Wishful thinking. I feel like it's just going to be about the fall tour and probably a bit about Take Cover. Things we already know. Here's hoping it's not exactly that. |

I wonder how much there is to this "comeback interview"...Wishful thinking. I doubt if it's about a big new announcement like a new Ev album or the other big project Amy mentioned a few weeks ago. Amy would never do such announcements in a magazine. I feel it's about the European tour specially because Kerrang is a UK based mag. though I really hope we hear more about that inspiration and creativity phase they are currently in. |

I'm still not getting my hopes up over this. It could be her saying the same thing she said before, that they have a pile of songs, but they just need to get together to finally start working on it.

I couldn't read it. I hardly read a few lines but even if we don't get anything new, it's still great to see she confirms that they are working on 2 project for EV and one of them is next Evanescence album more officially and on a magazine like Kerrang  |

Edit: I am now the proud owner of said magazine (apparently they released it earlier than they said they would). I'm currently at the other end of the country, though, so won't be able to scan it till Friday evening. Hopefully somebody else has it and has access to a scanner so you peeps can have it before them, otherwise I'll get on it as soon as I get home!
To summarise: Nothing particularly new. They're asking the same questions (is there a new album? boxset, how's Jen fitting in, etc.) and Amy's being as secretive as ever. Biggest news is that they've got "two different release plans" (Amy's words, not mine) for future material and "it's not going to be as simple as 'we're making an album'". But, as I say, I'll post it up on Friday if it still needs doing (:

this felt quite satisfying to read, Amy mentioning "two things" makes me believe they might actually do something similar to Nightwish's Imaginaerum and Within Temptation's the Unforgiving with the whole story telling and a movie/ comic thing going. that would be awesome if it was the case but who knows.
also what I really want right now more than anything is a studio version of both Take Cover and If You Don't Mind because I'm SO in love with both of these unreleased songs I hum the lyrics everyday..
