Article: We’ve got an amazing guest in our latest episode of ‘Wikipedia: Fact or Fiction?’ Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee sat down with us to prove and disprove what’s written about her on Wikipedia. We were ecstatic when Amy Lee dropped by our studio to chat about the future of Evanescence and her new kids album, Dream Too Much. While Amy was around, we took the chance to have her clear up the many entries on herself and Evanescence. Amy confirmed she indeed wanted to be a classical composer at age 11. In fact, Amy got her inspiration from the film Amadeus, which also inspired her to play upside down and with her hands crossed like Tom Hulce did while playing the role of Mozart. Lee did clear up some fiction about Evanescence’s big break. Once discovered, the band was relocated to Los Angeles and were given various lessons to sharpen their performance and stage presence. However, Wikipedia states that Amy was given “movement lessons,” but the singer clarified that fact with a clear explanation of what she actually was taught. Watch Amy Lee discuss her childhood, Evanescence’s career and her motivations for songwriting in this episode of ‘Wikipedia: Fact or Fiction?’ Amy Lee’s Dream Too Much album is available now through Amazon, and Amazon Prime members can stream the entire record for free right now! Additionally, you can pre-order Evanescence’s comprehensive box set ‘The Ultimate Collec tion’ here.

I never was able to make out what was being sing in the Tuna Afternoon bit in The Only One. Now that I heard her sing that I listened to it again and now I can't unhear it! Also she had such a cartoon character face when she sang that!

Love Loudwire's Fact or Fiction series. So glad they finally did Amy. Ryan got the release date for TOD wrong though, it was of course, Oct. 3.

Damn! I was hoping he would ask about the camp and that Meatloaf song. Was that true?

Amy's rendition of Tuna Afternoon killed me :') (definitely didn't quack along after she'd finished) Love Loudwire's Fact or Fiction series. So glad they finally did Amy. Ryan got the release date for TOD wrong though, it was of course, Oct. 3. I was under the impression that parts of Europe had it earlier than that (which would seem odd since Wind Up is a US based label). We definitely had it in October here in the UK, but I think some countries may have jumped the gun.

I think this is one of the most informative interviews about Evanescence ever made! So many things that I was wondering about were revealed here! So many things in just 10 minutes! I apologise if the interview has already been posted here. I just can't hide my excitement.

I thought TOD was released around Late September to early October. Nevertheless, it's a nice and informative interview.

I have a feeling that the guys pulled facts from EvRef. lol. But there were a couple things that I didn't know that I've learned. lol. Osky I think Amy FINALLY confirmed what she sings. All the fans said that's what she said but she never confirmed it. Now she has. lol.

One thing that I also found a bit strange is when he asked her how would have BMTL sounded without the male vocals. I mean, do your research properly, mr. journalist man! I was also surprised that Amy did not say: "You don't have to imagine, there is already a version like that released at the same as the original track." Guess she forgot. Fortunately, I will never.

It says here that a guy named Jason Lee actually owns all of those Yep. But still, it would be priceless to see her reaction to something completely false
