Shin suggested this, and I reckon it'd be good fun with the recent live performance of Even In Death to help spark our imaginations.
You can choose as many or as few tracks as you wish (both instrumentals and songs),these can be reworked as a live performance (like recent versions of Understanding and Even In Death) or a studio track.
I've not included anything reworked on Fallen or later records, so earlier versions of Imaginary and Whisper, for example, are not included.
This is not meant to be a serious poll, as Evanescence/Amy have said nothing about releasing/performing any further reworkings of older music. This is purely to encourage discussion and have a bit of fun
(I'm sure I've probably missed some - haven't listened to a lot of these tracks in years I know..., when you spot the tracks I've missed, leave a message in the comments and I'll add them to the poll)
Vote for your favs, and let's see which tracks come out on top!
Hmmm, this is actually a lot harder than I thought it would be! A lot of the songs I feel are kinda perfect the way they are and some I feel aren't strong enough to warrant a remake. But after some thinking, I suppose some updates would sound cool on "Even In Death", "Lies", and "Understanding". I love each of those songs as they are, but I can imagine some new elements being added here and there, as well as better instrumentation.

^I agree - I think a lot of these songs are perfect in their own way, too. I ended up choosing Understanding, Away from Me, Lies, Bleed, and Before the Dawn.

Would welcome reworks of all those songs honestly, but especially songs like farther away, lies, a studio version of even in death hopefully now that we have the live version, bleed, and give unto me cause that's been a favorite of mine forever, and Amy would kill it these days, why not add other instruments besides piano and make a completely different version, keeping the spirit of the song but making it in a different way musically.
Ok why is Farther Away added on when it's already a Fallen B-Side? Don't forget that there was that untitled song which wasn't added on here.
Farther Away is still pre-Fallen material. It was on all Japanese releases of Fallen and on BMTL single but, in my opinion, this doesn't make it a Fallen track. And isn't the untitled song I Must Be Dreaming?

He's talking about "Me In You" (I'm pretty certain this is the name of the song. In earlier discographies - it was even present on EvBoard before the crash - "Me & You" was listed as a pre-Fallen song. In the English language, when said fast "in" can sound like "and" and vice versa). The one that they played in 1999 at Vino's and Amy couldn't remember the name of and didn't want to listen to it.

I must admit I'd forgotten that it was on the BMTL single (I actually own this, too, so that was a bit of a derp). As I've said, I've probably made quite a few mistakes. I won't remove it now, since a couple of people have voted for it, but duly noted.
I'll add 'Untitled' now, since I think most people will understand if we refer to it as that.
Edit: I don't think you can add options once the poll's started (hadn't realised this before now ). Just post if you'd like to see the untitled song reworked

But you don't realise so is Missing (added to most BMTL single) and BNM - all 3 recorded for Fallen. So if you add that logic I wouldn't class them as pre-Fallen.
Since FA, Missing and BNM were recorded along with Fallen I don't class them as needing to be remade.
The song I'm referring to is the one they played at Vinos 1999 (Me in You). Why would I use Untitled to refer to IMBD when I state later I'd want to see IMBD to be remade as IMBD

Some people mistakenly call Bleed Untitled instead, and I'm pretty sure that started because the Not For Your Ears bootleg called it Untitled or Untitled (I Must Be Dreaming). I'm positive that the correct title is Bleed - didn't Amy or the label confirm it?
