what does being a moderator entail what would be the responsibilities ? First, to answer your question, moderators are here to keep the order in the forum by helping new members with orientation, editing and moving posts that were posted in the wrong place, removing content which breaks the rules and so on. Staff members also organise the ET awards (when there are enough active users) and other fun events. Aaaaand... we are the bad dudes who ruin the fun by closing threads with too heated conversations in them. Second, unrelated to the moderator position, I would like to advise you to decrease the size of your signature. It requires a lot of scrolling even on a 21-inch monitor and I don't want to know how members accessing the site on mobile feel about it (nothing personal). |
