Day to day income? I'm not sure they have to worry about that. Besides her millions she has made over the years, she has probably gotten something from the lawsuit. They can definitely live off of the interest of that, granted they didn't spend a crazy amount on posses and other stupid shit, like some artists do (esp the ones who go bankrupt). And don't forget, Josh is a therapist, which probably also means he makes a shit-ton of money. I mean besides whatever clients he already has, he probably has other clients that come to him because he is Amy's hubby. Their house is fully paid for, I'm assuming. And with only bills to keep at bay, do you know how much money you could accumulate? So I'm thinking they are set. I can't find the interview I wanted (TOD era, Amy talked about having money on several different piles and investments), but i found other stuff. We know she was always very down to earth. Seems that she has her own financial adviser and since she doesn't spent money on drugs and stupid things, I think they'll be fine. I don't know what are the costs of Evanescence on tour though. www.bankrate.com/brm/news/investing/20040803a1.asp

I watched the video and saw all of the disgruntled comments about the video. Not cool for a news channel to make comments about a band they know nothing about. It makes them appear ignorant, angry and bias. Sadly TYT has done a lot of stupid things, and while they may have some decent political views that video was just crap. They ought to pull it down and maybe remake it with proper information regarding them. Thankfully, everyone disagrees with them and no one cares what their opinion is.

I love Ev but I swear its exhausting to support them sometimes. How sad is it that the only news we get in YEARS are court cases and label deals policies? If that even, since we don't know anything specific about them. Well, what can you really expect when they are not currently active? And it's not really our business the specifics of the lawsuit or label change. I know as fans we are dying to get every juicy detail, but really it's not. No one has to explain anything. I don't know how it works with court documents in the US, but over here they can sometimes be available to the public, depending on the case. Just saying

Just saying Court cases in the US should be covered under the Freedom Of Information Act. However, you have to pay for the records. OR! I know in Wisconsin you can look up a person's legal history under the Wisconsin Circuit Court System. I would think other states have similar sites (though I've never been able to find them).
