Forget the vid of Amy tripping, why wasn't THIS one of the first video's posted? The entire performance was a mishap! I had my fingers crossed that no one had shared this one yet because I wanted to. haha. I have no idea how this could have possibly happened, considering how these sorts of events are deliberated over. This is one of the only times that Amy has ever had to lip sync live. Apparently they were told that the show wanted them to lip sync at the last minute and they weren't too happy about it, but they went on anyway. I like watching this video because you can see their rebellion in the way they move.  I think the orchestra conductor asked Amy at the last minute to tone it down or something because he come to ask her something, she says sorry and most likely changes the knob on her piano that changes the key without her actually needing to change the fingering, because the piano sounds a bit off. No one told the guys. :/ That's a lot of fans specualtion though. Amy or the guys never really commented on it, I don't think. My understanding to BMTL was that the people said we want you to lip sync or something and they said no but did it anyway. Any didn't lip sync. None of the equipment was turned on, plugged in, etc... lol. Stupid performance. I was looking for the interview but I can't find it. It's the one where John says "I totally sounded like Paul McCoy." and Ben said "I put my hood up so no one would see me laughing" or something. lol. |

It is so easy to forget that celebrities are human and don't always preform perfectly. It's kind of refreshing to see the "fails" (they're not really failing, just human). Nobody is perfect. I love how after she fell she just kind of worked it into the performance...good job Amy!

Will missed a trick with this one, everybody else stays in time so all he'd need to do is build up on the snare and then hit a crash when the next bar came around and people would think it were intentional |

I received my very first copies of both Fallen and The Open Door (better late than never) a few days ago and man I never knew The Open Door's album looked so GORGEOUS!! BUT I think I found a mistake in the lyrics??  this is from the booklet, I'm pretty sure in Weight of the World Amy says "can't fix you".. |
