i've a question, is there an instrumental version of MoS amywhere? I might need that as a ringtone!

There isn't an official MOS instrumental. The only one that was on the single was the album version, though some think it is a more rockier version as the guitars apparently sound more prominent. |

I've been indulging myself in MoS recently. I absolutely love this song, from the opening riff to the synths, to the sass and the middle-eight/solo and all that face-blasting power. It really is a fantastic song, and I'm not sure I'd like the Lillywhite version if I heard it because I think the Ev3 version is actually perfect.
P.S. I have no idea why this video has a picture of Amy in that lovely red dress, considering I'm pretty sure that was a TOD era performance and it isn't shown in the video at all.

ladylollydragon (Kazlan) lol, the thumbnail was from CMWYS tv performance in 2006. I remember this show but the video was deleted in 2012, it's so nice to see it again!

I just got the Underworld: Awakening soundtrack a week or so ago... Has anyone ever noticed that Will Boyd is included in the songwriting credits here? I think they got confused with all the Wills associated with Evanescence lol.  |

So, I'm listening to this album (after a very looooooooong break from listening to anything by Evanescence) properly and I notice how the way she says "Baby", just makes me cringe a bit. There's too much babies! xD
However, I love this song so much (especially the piano "breakdown" at the end). But yeah, the baby is just...I don't know, it just doesn't sit well with me It just sounds so weird coming from Amy, I guess?

But I've since gotten used to it since Amy says it in how many songs now? lol. I also used to be opposed to people calling me "baby" or "babe" but I'm kind of used to and indifferent to it now. I actually kind of like it when my boyfriend will use the occasional "babe" as a term of endearment for me. lol. And the piano breakdown: Meanwhile, in the studio... Also, listening to this song again, I like the way she sings "everything" right before the bridge. Almost like a scream but not... *chills* |
