I think the stalker probably perverted the name by using it and adding "Queen" to it.
The "Queen" part is only an assumption, I'm not sure anyone really knows the truth behind that part.
"Our Queen" and "Queen Amy" are endearing terms quite commonly used to refer to Amy in the fanbase (although admittedly I can't quite remember if this started after Snow White Queen was released or before it). It wouldn't surprise me if this was in reference to that (whether it was an individual using the term, or lots of people using it and the weight of that fanatical reverance weighing upon her). I guess if not it could be sort of summarising her attitudes to this type of idolisation of her. The idea that whatever the stalker calls her, she's essentially being objectified and put on this pedestal as this perfect, beautiful Queen-like figure and that's how she sees them seeing her, if that makes sense. Kings and Queens have various royal responsibilities that make it difficult for them to embrace their own individual qualities, they're expected to behave a certain way and do certain things (indeed I suppose this applies to politicians and heads of state in general) and the way I've always viewed the name of this song is sort of like this. It's like Weight of the World, but a little more creepy and personal.
