Okay, I feel like I need to offer my take on this whole situation.
1. I do not believe Lillywhite's comments that the Evanescence album was "forced". Amy and the guys kept talking about how much fun they were having both making the album and touring behind it. Maybe the 2010 sessions are Lillywhite's preference, but the band seemed pretty satisfied with the final product.
2. What I do think the lawsuit may be about is that the label was not promoting Evanescence and its tour as well as the band hoped for. I do believe Amy will win this lawsuit if Terry, Tim, Troy, and Will take her side on it.
3. The details of this alleged lawsuit are still unclear. All of the news sources that are reporting this are citing the TMZ article as their source, and TMZ has not listed any sources. I believe it's best to wait for more details from Amy or the band.

Oh my god, it's finally happening. Ev is leaving Wind-Up! Victoryyyy! I won't say Wind-Up didn't do some amazing things for Ev, because they definitely did, but it has become glaringly clear that they were no longer the right fit for Ev for some time now. I am so excited that they're finally parting ways and can either go independent or find the right label for who they are now. I have so much hope for the future. *sniffle*
