OMG! I hope I don't end up sounding like total fool, but all the articles, this has to be true.
As for Lillywhite's comment....O.o Honestly, I never believed the "It just wasn't working out" line coming from Amy from day one. But that is totally just me.

After some comment reading I've come to a conclusion. Amy is the Justin Bieber of the metal society. So many haters.

This is why I don't read them. She is damned if she does and damned if she doesn't. And this type of news only has people labelling her as a female dog.

I wouldn't really care what Lillywhite said about the album. I know almost for sure that If she didn't like the album, she wouldn't release it in the first place. I believe that Lillywhite guy is just being a sore loser after 3 years for being replaced by some other producer and taking advantage of today's situation.

Wondering why such a big band staying for so long in a small company? [This sentence erased by dannycastillo as 1. it doesn't pertain to the topic at hand and 2. her personal life is none of our business] And it's not only Evanescence. The whole rooster of bands suffers alot.

More about Wind Up Records and signing with the band. The comments about the record company from Seether are pretty obvious.

This thread will be reopened once we hear official word from any of the band members.
Edit: The thread has been reopened as the rumors have been confirmed.

So from the new MTV interview which can be found here HEREwe can conclude that the Rumour is true, the lawsuit exists. But all that stuff that TMZ sort of said that Amy said with out saying that she said it.... Was all made up bullshit salad that they made up to stir the plot. Since amy hasn't said anything or any of the parties involved the public don't really know the nature of the lawsuit apart form the parts mentioned by TMZ which still remain an unconfirmed and rumour. of this i can only begin to believe that the only part of their article that holds some truth is the claim that Amy is suing Windup over the withheld royalties. I don't think Amy's side can provide proof of sabotage and any of the other lame things TMZ Claimed was apart of the lawsuit. So i guess we will all just have to wait and see how this thing turns out.... As i mentioned in the shout box... i had a dream about this... and Amy wins... so yea... hope it turns out just like that.

TMZ loves to sensationalize things… I take most of what they write with a huuuuuge grain of salt. But, I'm really glad that Amy confirmed this, even though she can't really talk about it. Here's hoping for an awesome 2014 with victory for Amy and Ev!

The only reason why there are so many negative comments is the negative tone of the original article. Media tends to put things in a certain light, and it's all in the wording. Anything to make more money. It's not about the story being true or not. Unfortunately, things with Ev's label had to reach this point. After some thought, it's sad once you think about it enough. I mean, Wind-Up got big because of Evanescence's HUGE take-off with Fallen. I guess they got power hungry, and a little cash thirsty. It happens to the best of people in power. Take a look at our government. Despite check and balance, there are still flaws in the armor that protects the government from becoming corrupt. My ideal situation would be for all of this to end reasonably and quietly. The less which is said on the matter now, the more likely that LATER, we will be rewarded greatly for our respect and patience.

This is true. Creed was their biggest selling artist, even over Ev. Creed has sold over 40 million copies worldwide, while Ev has only sold about 26 million.
