I'm worried we may never after what Amy said about Your Love and how it seemed better to her at the time. How that woman could think anything she writes is less than amazing, I'll never know.
That's what bothers me. The more time passes on these songs, the more Amy evolves; and so the songs are less special to her, and less likely to be released. It would be wonderful if they ended up on this so-called special vinyl collection but I'm not even hopeful about that anymore. I hate this silence.
Amy said the song was originally written for the Prince of Persia movie, which was released in 2010. So it was written around 2008-2009 when filming began.
Little fun fact, we were originally writing to try to get it placed in the movie Prince of Persia (hence the sort of eastern vibe). I can't decide if that song goes in the Evanescence or solo category. What do you think?
