I was just singing this song and choked on my sunflower seed... Haha! Lesson to all: Never sing while eating sunflower seeds.

Looks like Wind-Up don't want this song on YouTube AT ALL. I checked my account and the video is not just blocked in some countries... but WORLDWIDE. I've never seen that before and when I looked, this is what it said:
So, it looks like it was track #2 on something, wasn't it #2 on that ebay copy?

^interesting and yes I believe it was, I guess thats the only physical way the song was distributed so maybe thats the way they decided on the track number?

^Well, that kills my theory that perhaps a couple of those instrumentals weren't actually instrumentals. I think it was no. 6, but it really, really sounded like there might have been lyrics if it had played just a little bit longer.

Kazlan it is possible that it was a demo, which would later be reworked. Or not... Remember how Disappear sounded originally? I'd never care if it ended like a slow ballad

I think I know what one you are talking about and I honestly think those demos are the instrumentals Amy wrote for the Chronicles of Narnia, in which case it sounds like it could have been the song which a part of it was reworked for the Good Enough intro Would make sense since it's more of an an Amy Lee demo CD because it's been apparently issued by her manager Andrew and not Evs manager, and why IYDM is even on it puzzles me. Does that mean IYDM was also a potential Narnia song? seems odd Theres alot about that Demo CD that doesn't make sense

I hadn't thought about it like that before, but it does make a lot of sense. It even sounds right.

I think this song wasn't included on TOD because WU thought three 'bad relationship' songs would have been too much (The songs being Sweet Sacrifice, Call Me When You're Sober, and If You Don't Mind).

You're forgetting the stalker song, Snow White Queen. lol. Technically that would be a "bad relationship" song since it's not a good thing to have a stalker... unless you like that but Amy didn't. XD Ooo! And Lacrymosa. So i don't think it's for that reason. I just think it's because it didn't sound anything like TOD. It fits better in the Ev3 Era, in my opinion.

"I can't take the pain, babe" Amy thinks Will Boyd is a babe? ROFL! She could, I mean, she dated Shaun... (No offense to any Seether fan, but let's be real)This was posted a while ago, but I just saw it, and it's just too funny xD

I think the seller still has it but unfortunately he is not selling it for any kind of money unless the song becomes officially released as requested by Amy's manager Andrew Lycrymosa, I'm quoting you from the CD Promo thread back when the Promo CD was going to be bought off of E-Bay, since that thread is locked. So, we have If You Don't Mind. Aanndd that song was leaked in a not-so-official way, aanndd the world didn't end. So . . . is the CD still not going to ever be sold since If You Don't Mind has not been officially released? Despite the fact that it is out and about on the internet? I mean, I could see Wind-Up scapegoating him if he ever sells it since they, presumably, don't know who leaked IYDM. Ultimately, IYDM is no longer our goal now - our goal is to get the rest of the songs (4 TOD Instrumentals + TA (Demo) + TLSIWOY (Demo) (eh, it could be different, but I doubt it *shrug*)) from the CD that likely is never going to see the light again.
