Is anyone else feeling kinda bummed in general lately? Amy doesn't feel super excited or motivated about this upcoming tour with Lindsey. Maybe it's just me but. From those interviews and photos she looks SUPER tired and bored.

PJ. I think she wants/needs this tour and it will be good for her (especially being domestic so she can see family), but I feel like she's struggling with mental health issues right now. I'm not certain so obviously don't want to start people worrying, but it doesn't strike me as boredom, but more so emptiness and a lack of interest/motivation for anything at all. As I said, the tour will help her feel again. Seriously? I mean, seriously? You're just gunna sit there and make up that Amy is struggling from mental health issues? You don't know this woman and you certainly have no idea what she's feeling. |

He mentioned that it's what he feels and is not certain about it Even though I can't see any sign of boredom, tiredness, or not being excited or "mental health issue" in latest interviews/videos, but I think she's not that super happy full energetic crazy funny "Buy my records B*tch!" Amy Lee she was like a year ago after losing her little brother. which is natural and needs time. She's pretty normal in my eyes overall. And she had absolutely no reason to extended Synthesis tour and make it this long and also add a whole new and different American tour (with its own new challenges and difficulties) with Lindsey if she was bored or tired but she did it. |

Seriously? I mean, seriously? You're just gunna sit there and make up that Amy is struggling from mental health issues? You don't know this woman and you certainly have no idea what she's feeling. Yes, calm down. She may not be struggling with mental health issues in the sense of being, say, clinically depressed, but she did lose her brother mere months ago, who was one of the dearest people in this world to her. I think that's what Rark was getting at. |

None of us are qualified and/or have encountered her in a manner sufficient enough to claim that she's struggling with mental health issues. And whether or not she's dealing with grief (not really a mental health issue as much as it is a natural mental process), that's not our call to make. It's a bit rude and if I were reading that post, I'd personally be offended that someone who does not know me is making such a claim about me. Let's not forget that she is a human being. Perhaps she is going through things, perhaps she is bored, perhaps she is not, perhaps it is just a temporary state of mind, perhaps she does or does not want to tour, perhaps we're all just overthinking it-- that's not our call to make. But if someone can make these claims as their opinion, then the rest of us are completely free to express that we are annoyed by these opinions since we don't know her. |

I completely agree with what you say. and I'm sure no one's intentionally trying to 'judge' Amy and her personal feelings here. Me, you, My Last Breath and Rark are all fans who love her and of course respect her privacy and personal feelings.

(Especially after that one magazine interview) But I hope after some time off she and the band really enjoy it, I'm sure it'll be fun with Lindsey since they've just been playing alone. |
