Someone called Lish Ventura has uploaded many Evanescence songs on to Apple Music are their own and are selling them, trying too sound like Amy Lee. What's pathetic is she is using backing tracks and singing over them. Is there anyway of taking her down, not that she is selling loads.

Try contacting Apple. Tweet Amy. Tweet her management. Emial her management.

WEll, that's an incredibly pathetic and desperate thing for someone to do. Like AA said I would contact Apple and let them know at least.

It says that the songs are covers. She's not claiming they are hers. Using the original instrumentals and trying to sell them might not be very legal though. Not that anybody would buy them. This belongs in a karaoke bar, not iTunes.

She still has to have proper licensing from whoever owns the publishing and mechanical rights, in order to actually commercialize her covers. So it still is troublesome regardless. Not that much of a big deal though, if she's unauthorized, she could get into a lot of trouble.
