W00t! I'm going to one of the shows!
First time for me!
Just need to figure out if it will be Dallas or Nashville.
Tickets for the Nashville show are available on StubHub - anyone ever use that before? Resale tickets are available on Livenation for the Dallas show.
General thoughts on picking one show over another? Venue experience? Accessibility to the airport?, etc

Buddy0329, I would pick the Dallas show on November 15th over the two if I had to choose between Nashville and Dallas. I love Nashville and I love Dallas, I actually live in Dallas. I would pick the Dallas show because the venue that Evanescence is playing at in Dallas is far more intimate than the Nashville venue. I have been to South Side Ballroom ballroom several times and it is one of my favorite concert venues, you feel very close to the stage regardless of where you are in the venue. I am going to both concerts, the Nashville and Dallas shows will be my 8th and 9th Evanescence concert that I have attended.

On the surface Nashville feels easier since I could fly out on Saturday instead of dealing with weekday busy-ness of flying out of Dallas on Monday.

Nashville has a way smaller airport, DFW has one of if not the biggest airport hubs in the country, it is not hard to get out of DFW airport. The Nashville venue has 1,500+ the Dallas venue that they have the concerts in holds no more than 400-500 people.

Venue review on google do not seem kind for the ballroom. I'm torn. logistics will ultimately win out once I look to book everything tonight / tomorrow. Ideally I don't want a rental car for either trip either.

At the end; logistics will probably steer me to one locale over another. Edit: Done Deal! Just ordered my ticket for the Dallas show. Edited by AeternusAmatorius. Please refrain from double posting. Thank you.

I'm not sure their intention was to discredit you or not to listen to you. They don't seem to be from Dallas and were just doing some research on the venue. Let's stay calm, and peaceful. Deep breaths. And congratulations to all of you who are going to any of the 4 shows in November!

Nashville peeps, what's your plan for showtime? How many of you have a meet and greet?

I am pretty sure they mean who purchased a M&G cause right now the only way for that is through the charity site...and the auction sold a little bit ago. I think the sold between $2000-$3000. No contests or raffles have been announced. Wish I could have bid but damn I can't afford that price they went for!!!

More like $2,500.00 to $3,000.00. I bid $2,340.00 and lost by a couple hundred dollars on two auctions.. Only 1 out of the 8 M & G shows went for less than $2300.00.
